The STEPP (Social Transformation Ecosystem Partnership Programme) Framework has been designed by Investors In Community to address key challenges faced by community stakeholders: organisations, charities, individuals, and governments, when engaging in solving social challenges.
The framework is set to address the fundamental flaws in the current fragmented and siloed approach. To drive greater community impact, social value worth, reduce financial and resources wastage for a more sustainable future.
By driving the first true end to end social value framework that creates a more effective ecosystem supporting communities to solve social challenges with actionable engagement opportunities that drives more sustainable outcomes and measurable economic impact.

The mission is to deliver a much-needed sense of cohesion and more practical tactical engagement model to all community stakeholders to begin the journey of addressing the fundamental flaws in the current approach.
We envision a world where social value worth is not just a concept, but a tangible reality embedded in every aspect of our society.
